Scotty’s Construction LLC, was originally established as Scotty’s Underground Installation nearly 30 years ago.   

Scott A. Carr, Owner and President has gone from 2 employees to 40 employees, and widened his range of services offered. From a small start doing buried drops for cable and telephone  to the underground installation of cable for a major carrier, irrigation and electrical by trenching or directional boring and most recently has expanded to aerial, both cable and fiber.

We also offer commercial and residential  installation of private utilites.
